Bill Hofman, President
Mr. Hofman has over thirty one years of public and private sector planning experience. He has been a key negotiator and facilitator for numerous community development and master planned projects. Under his supervision, HPE has conducted planning projects in almost every facet of the Planning profession. Besides his planning expertise, with his work throughout California and the northwest, Mr. Hofman is considered an expert in the field of Development Impact Fees. Mr. Hofman obtained his B.A. degree from U.C.L.A. in 1975 and his M.A. degree from San Diego State University in 1977. He founded Hofman Planning Associates in 1985 after working for eight years in the public sector. Mr. Hofman maintains a presence and provides his expertise to every project that HPE conducts. Mr. Hofman spends his time with his wife, Elisa, and two boys, Sean and Tommy, between his two residences in San Diego and Laclede, Idaho.
Eric Munoz, Director of Planning
Mr. Munoz has 18 years of public and private sector planning experience. His interest and passion has been in the field of Coastal Planning, however, he has experience in all aspects of the planning field. Most recently, he was appointed as the Chairman for the Citizen's Committee of the City of Carlsbad addressing a major open space initiative on the November ballot. Mr. Munoz graduated from San Diego State University in 1986 and has worked in the public sector for 17 years. He lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife Lizzy.
Bob Wojcik PE, Director of Engineering
Mr. Wojcik has 30 years of professional experience in the Civil Engineering field. Mr. Wojcik graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, with a B.S., in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Management and holds a Certificate in Business Management from San Diego State University. Bob and his wife Dr. Jodi Wojcik have lived in San Diego County for over 27 years. They have two adult children, Michael and Allison.
Leslie Weinheimer, Senior Planner
Leslie Weinheimer has been working in the planning field for more than 4 years. Leslie graduated with a bachelor’s degree from University of California, San Diego in History with an emphasis in Urban Studies and Planning. She continued her education at University of Southern California, where she obtained a Master’s degree in Urban Planning. While with Hofman Planning & Engineering, Leslie has split her time between public and private sector clients. She has prepared development impact fee programs and managed private development projects. Leslie recently got married and lives with her husband Dan in Carlsbad. |
