HPE proudly introduces its Civil Engineering Division. Headed by our Director of Engineering, Bob Wojcik, P.E., this division is founded on the premise of providing high quality services to its clients. The primary focus of this division is customer service and quality output. We believe that money can be saved if we are attentive to what our clients need and if we do it right the first time. This division will be selective in choosing its projects to make sure that we can always deliver a high quality product in a timeframe that meets the needs of our clients.
